At Pulice Land Surveyors, our leadership and team are driving force behind our success. With three registered surveyors leading the way, along with dedicated platting and land planning experts, professional field crews, a full CAD drafting department, and knowledgeable support staff.

Founded Pulice Land Surveyors, Inc. in 1984, sets the company’s long-term vision and strategic goals. Uses his expertise to perform and oversee land surveys, boundary determinations, topographic surveys, construction staking, and other specialized surveying tasks. As well as ensuring all work is accurate, compliant with local regulations, and adheres to the highest industry standards.

- Jane Storms -Vice President / Platting Director / Operations Manager
Oversees the preparation and execution of the platting process to ensure the land is subdivided to comply with zoning laws. As well as responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Craig Downie -
- Craig Downie -Secretary / Treasurer / Field Crew Supervisor
Manages administrative duties while also overseeing financial operations. As well as overseeing survey crews, coordinating daily field activities, ensuring that fieldwork is conducted accurately, efficiently, and safely, and that all necessary data is collected in compliance with project requirements.

Coordinating the tasks of the survey crew, ensuring the proper allocation of resources, and preparing detailed job plans for upcoming survey work. Works closely with the survey party chiefs to ensure the successful completion of projects from planning to data collection and final reporting.

- Mike Mossey -Licensed Surveyor
This professional works closely with engineers, planners, and developers to ensure that land is utilized efficiently and sustainably, offering crucial insight into land slopes, flood zones, and accessibility for infrastructure. Their role may include drafting plats in all of South Florida, performing boundary surveys, preparing legal documents, and assisting in the process of land subdivision and permitting.

- Marilyn Waters -Office Manager / Accounts Receivable
Coordinates with clients and manages contracts/agreements related to surveying projects. Ensures deadlines are met, the team is on track and maintains office supplies.
Oversees the incoming payments, generates invoices, monitors customer accounts.

- Carolyn Sencion -Planner (Broward and Palm Beach County)
Assisting in the preparation of applications for land development (platting, plat note amendments, non-vehicular access line, vacations, etc.) and ensuring the approval process runs smoothly. Work closely with architects, engineers, surveyors, and government officials to ensure all development projects comply with zoning laws and other legal requirements.

Ensures the office operates smoothly, supports the surveyors with various tasks, and helps keep the business organized and on track. Assists with invoicing and billing clients for completed surveys or services.

CAD TEAM

The technician’s create survey drawings using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, convert field data collected by the field crews into detailed, accurate maps, plans, and drawings. Work closely with surveyors, engineers, and architects to ensure that the surveys meet project specifications and legal standards.
